broken deadboltpoor security

The deadbolt did not work, and the staff said it wasn't supposed to. Rooms are locked by a PIN number on a card with the hotel address and room number. That doesn't provide much security. Management refused a refund after I brought multiple issues to their attention. How generous of them.

the location was wonderful. it was so close to the station , allowing for easy travel. the staff provided such helpful advice to us , especially concerning safer routes. i found the huge european window to be quite charming.

the room felt a bit old , with scratches visible on the floor. the bathroom sink drained very slowly , which was inconvenient. the lighting was also deficient .
